At Neon Vintage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your retro-inspired finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the garments are unworn to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the Neon Vintage tags are intact and the products are securely wrapped.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you via email as soon as your refund is processed.
